Curious Minds Assessment Services does not take insurance. Our providers are considered Out of Network. You may be able to submit to insurance for reimbursement under your out of network coverage. Upon request, we will provide a super bill showing the services invoiced. Curious Minds does not bill insurance directly. Please verify with your insurance any out of network coverage you may have if you plan to submit to insurance.

Fees are $200 per hour. This includes face-to-face testing and evaluation time, review of relevant records, report writing, and a 30 minute feedback session. Our assessments range from $350 for a basic, initial evaluation (90 minutes face-to-face with a psychologist, written report) without psychological testing to $2500 for a full Neuropsychological Evaluation . Most psychological evaluations cost between $800 to $2000 depending on the age of the participant, prior history of diagnosis, how much testing needs to be completed, how many records need to be reviewed, and the complexity of the psychological profile.

Payment for services is required in order to book an appointment. If psychological testing is requested, you must schedule a three-hour testing and evaluation block. Some people prefer to only schedule an initial evaluation ($350) in order to determine if testing is even needed, and the extent of testing needed, before opting to reserve a three-hour test session. Full refunds, minus a 5% reprocessing fee, will be provided for sessions cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the appointment. A 50% refund will be provided for sessions cancelled 48 hours prior to the evaluation (minus a 5% reprocessing fee). No refunds are provided for sessions that are cancelled less than 48 hours of the appointment time. No refunds are provided for no-showed appointments.
